A moment of your time, if I may.

Whatever your political persuasion may be, right, left, or politically agnostic, I feel this is a worthy moment for our time http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztbJmXQDIGA

If the mere sight of our current president causes you to foam at the mouth, I don't apologize. But if you feel the need to say so in the comments, feel free to do so. But please maintain a polite tone with your fellow commenters.

I don't intend to be political, but I do recognize and appreciate such a skillful, deft, and touching call for civility and remembrance.

Ah, yes. I listened to this speech. It was very heartwarming, especially considering the subject matter.

On a lighter note, concerning the question; The horizon would actually look much the same as it does now. We'd certainly be able to see further, but not all the way to the end of the world. The reason for this is because the atmosphere scatters light after so much distance. Also, things like mountains and tall structures would no longer appear to "rise" from a distance, rather sort of appearing through the haze.

For some reason, I'm getting a sort of Uncanny Valley effect from your Obama face. It looks like him, but it's so realistic it kind of clashes with the stylized faces.

@robybang
Yeah, I think I get that feeling too. I opted to put on a nose on him too, which in Question Duck's world is off.

About the only very specific people in question duck I drew (aside from statues) are Larry King and now Obama. Larry King worked pretty easily without his nose. Obama... kinda... needed a bit more detail to look like Obama.

I don't agree with Obama on pretty much anything except this speech right here. Mad thumbs, prez. dude.

Thank you for posting that. I missed it, and had no idea it was held. I'm glad I got to see it. Be well, everyone.

:(

Yeah, I saw some of that. Don't agree with Obama, but this was a good speech about that tradegy.

I love the way this comic is very current. Funny I just tweeted about this. Personally I think Obama has done a reasonable job up till now and I beleive the American people put him on an unrealistically high pedestall when he was first voted in. Hes a damn sight better for America than Clegg and Cameron are for Britain, MY God.

^ THIS

btw, the way i'm seeing it now, it sounds like they politicians are just opposing the President just because they can...

point being that everyone is angry at the president for not doing anything, but he can't because the politicians won't let him.

on topic: i think the world would look like it looks in MMORPGs like WoW or something

Sometime you should include something about anatidaephobia in this comic. It would be interesting.
