Just a fair warning ya'll, I'll be on my own Summer trip for the next week or so and I may or may not have internet access. So... updates may or may not appear for the next week.

This comic makes me feel warm and fuzzy and giggly. You have a great imagination and awesome skills!

Yes there is...

But I couldn't tell you how different; yeah, they could even use the EXACT SAME ingredients, but if the structure is *slightly* off, you could get whole new substances. (remember, both coals and diamonds are made of carbon)

No but I firmly believe Pepsi is Coke from the future

sbdrag, Sep 23, 2010, 08 pm

well, when coke was first made, it actually had coccaine in it, so there was a difference then...

Lemon (citric acid). Pepsi has it, coke doesn't.

Pepsi tastes a bit sweeter than Coke, so maybe it has more sugar...?

Durvin, Apr 03, 2012, 11 am

The flavor we know as "cola" is made up of cinnamon, vanilla, and citrus oil. Pepsi uses lemon oil, Coke uses lime and orange. I think Pepsi has more sugar. I'm not just guessing here, although I forget where I read it.

Yes. There is no Coke-Pepsi Conspiracy Question Duck.

Just look at the ingredients on the label of both. They are not the same. Also, they do taste different so the only logical conclusion is that they are different in chemical composition.

On a related note, Pepsi has more sugar than Coke, and Coke has more sodium than Pepsi. That alone makes them different chemically.

@UpsideDown8: You mean old, stale Coke? :D
